“Products” means PAYG Voice or Data Products and any other products offered by Us to the Customer. Separate terms and conditions pertaining to different network Products exist on network websites governing the use of any particular products or services.

User obligations/Fair usage policy
You must not use the Website services to make offensive, indecent, menacing, nuisance or hoax use with our Products; or fraudulently or in connection with a criminal offence. A fair usage limit may be applied varied, or removed, from time to time at Our absolute discretion; such change in the limit will be communicated via this Website. In monitoring of Customer usage of our Service, We retain all rights to restrict, modify or cease individuals’ access to our Service and may not fulfil orders based on suspicion of abuse of this policy.

Breach and termination

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. We have designed the Website for use only within the United Kingdom and make no warranties or representations with regard to use by persons accessing, downloading or otherwise using the Website outside the United Kingdom. The Website is available only to people using the Website in the United Kingdom who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
Entire agreement and relationship
Supply of products
We undertake to use Our reasonable endeavours to meet all Customer orders for the Products as recorded via SIMCARDWAREHOUSE.COM in accordance with Our Website terms of delivery. The Customer shall buy/order the Products for its own account and not for resale under these terms.
Whilst We aim to fulfil orders within three to five working days of acceptance, this may vary according to stock availability, transit issues, or other factors. SIMCARDWAREHOUSE.COM will not be under any liability for loss arising through delay in supply of Product, and time of delivery shall not be of the essence in these terms.
We may vary the definition of the Products as it thinks fit to exclude one or more of the Product or to include one or more additional products within such definition.
Prices and payment
The prices to be paid by the Customer for the Products are set out on the Website and may be varied by Us from time to time on notice to the Website.
PAYG Voice or Data Products that are sold on the Website are not eligible for any commission on connections or top-up to be paid to the Customers.
VAT and taxes
All taxes, charges, levies, assessments and other fees of any kind imposed on the purchase or import of the Products shall be the responsibility of, and for the account of, the Customer.
Return of SIM cards is only applicable if you have received a pre-loaded product (i.e. SIM with credit or similar product(s).)
All order errors, or missing items from an order must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the delivery. We offer a 14 day cooling off period on all unopened and unused pre-loaded products.
If you no longer require a SIM card with credit or any other pre-loaded product you have ordered, you can return it to us, unopened, within 14 days of the date of your order.
Refunds will be in full if goods are returned under our 14 day cooling off period. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the product is faulty.
Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged.
Please note we can only refund unopened SIMs unless the product is faulty. If you have opened the packaging then you cannot return the item for a refund unless the product is faulty. Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case by case basis and is completely at the discretion of the management team.
We advise when returning goods under our 14 day cooling off period that you use a signed for or record postal service. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items that do not reach us.
Replacement or alternative items will be processed as promptly as possible, but please be aware that it may take up to 10 working days to issue the item. If an item is out of stock, it will then become a priority back order to be shipped once stock is available.
Refunds by credit card or PayPal are made to the same credit card or account used for the original purchase. Please be aware that it may take up to 14 days for your card or account to be credited.
